The Lokotrack LT116S jaw plant has the same features as the LT116: a compact design, easy to transport, +400 tonnes capacity range, just added with an easily detachable screen.
LT116S is a perfect solution for crushing hard rock and any rock-based recycled materials as a stand alone unit or in combination with Lokotrack secondary and tertiary units and mobile screens.
When the process requires, the efficient screen module provides a large screening area. The screen module can be detached from the unit easily, and can also be used with the LT1213 and LT200HP models, by changing the oversized conveyor in the case of a closed circuit.
The rotaton direction of the screen can be turned, making it possible to impove screening capacity and efficiency.
Jaw crusher wit a new cavity design
The C116 jaw crusher features a new cavity design for better grip, maximal inter cavity crushing ensuring together with automatically adjustable feeder speed efficient, continuous choke feeding. The crusher has a large feed opening, providing a maximum feed size of 640 mm (25 in).
To ensure versatile operation, LT116S can be equipped with a wide selection of optional equipment, including a longer, hydraulically folding discharge conveyor, radio remote comntrols, a magnetic separator and a high voltage generator.
