The track mounted Lokotrack LT300HP, equipped with the proven Nordberg HP300 cone crusher, has a throughput of up to 550 mtph (660 stph). Besides the selection of high performance cone crushers cavities, LT300HP also offers a variety of optional feeding and screening equipment. This makes LT300HP the most efficient and flexible secondary/tertiary crushing plant in the market that can be transported from site to site as a single unit.
LT300HP has robust construction for the toughest of hard rock crushing sites. The crusher cavity can be selected according to the specific application requirements to achieve high capacity, top end product quality as well as low wear part costs. Easy transportability on a trailer allows cost effective use of LT300HP for high capacity contracting.
The grizzly feeder module (additional equipment) allows the fines to be by-passed or to be discharged via the side discharge conveyor, controlled choke feed to the cone crusher in order to produce high quality end product and the stand alone operation by using a wheel loader for loading. The screen module (additional equipment) allows screening of the crushed (and by-passed) material into two separate fractions.
