Metso Minerals has unveiled the new Lokotrack ST620F track mounted mobile screen, which provides the optimum solution for the rock processing industry. The unit’s large screening area combines high capacity with efficient fine screening, without compromising mobility.
The ST602F solid construction, plus an intelligent design, offers durability and an extended lifetime in demanding heavy-duty applications. The standard unit is capable of producing four sized fractions and accepts feed material of up to 200 mm (9 in).
Built around the proven Nordberg FS303M triple shaft flat screen
The new Lokotrack ST620F mobile screen is built around the proven Nordberg FS303M flat screen that has been widely used in both stationary and portable applications. This high performance horizontal screen accepts a wide range of screen media options, and can be equipped with either an apron or belt feed arrangement for excellent versatility and flexibility.
Power is supplied by a CAT Tier 3 powerpack, which meets the latest global emission regulations. The higher rated power availability allows the engine to operate well within the recommended load parameters, providing durability and an extended lifecycle even in the most difficult applications.
All ST620F conveyors are hydraulically folded and remain on board for transport, minimizing costs. The unit’s dimensions enable efficient co-operation with other Metso crushing and screening equipment.
User-friendly IC300 technology
The IC300 intelligent controller off ers fully automated control of all machine functions when in screening process mode. Screen speed, amplitude and conveyor speeds are constantly monitored and adjusted, maximizing production rates and end product quality.
A user-friendly interface with a new visual color display enables easy operation with a single-button process start sequence and advanced diagnostics for ease of maintenance.
